Susan K. Lucas
Partner
Susan co-founded Wealth Strategist Partners. She works with business-owning families and families with multi-generational wealth on matters of governance, strategy, and organizational sustainability. In addition, Susan leads business operations for WSP.
Previously, Susan was on the senior team at Talisman Management, a London-based private equity firm, and led the consulting practice at B2P, an early data analytics firm. Earlier in her career, she worked as a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and at Bain and Company, doing corporate strategy and acquisition integration work for Fortune 500 companies in the US and Europe.
Susan is a Trustee of Wellesley College, where she has served on the Investment, Audit, and Campus and Finance Committees, and of The Stuart Foundation, which focuses on public education systems change. She has served on or chaired the boards of numerous nonprofit organizations.
Susan graduated cum laude with a degree in economics from Wellesley College and received an M.A. from the University of Chicago.
